এছাড়া ও আরো অনেক ইউনিভার্সিটি আছে রোমানিয়াতে যেখানে আপনি রোমানিয়ান ল্যাংগুয়েজ বা প্রিপ্রেটরি ইয়ারে পড়াশুনা করতে পারবেন। তবে আপনার ইংলিশ প্রফিসিয়েন্সি সার্টিফিকেট না থাকলেও ইংলিশের নূন্যতম কমিউনিকেশন করার মত স্কিল থাকতে হবে। না হলে এম্বাসি আপনাকে ভিসা দিবে না। আপনি রোমানিয়াতে যাবার পরে আপনার পড়াশুনার লেকচার থাকবে ইংরিজতে। তাই আপনার ইংলিশ প্রয়োজন। লেকচার না বুঝলে আপনি রোমানিয়ান ভাষা শিখতে পারবেন না। আশা করি বুঝতে পেরেছেন।

There are many universities in Romania where you do not need any English
proficiency for admission. Without IELTS,
TOEFL, PTE, DUOLINGO and OIETC you can take admission there very
easily. The course you taught by Romanian Language. It’s Called preparatory year. I have mentioned the
names of some such universities here.

Besides, there are many other universities in Romania where you can study
Romanian language or preparatory year. But even if you don't have an English
Proficiency Certificate, you should have minimum communication skills in
English like B1 level. Otherwise, the embassy will not issue you a visa.
After you arrive in Romania, your study lectures will be in English. So you
need English for better communication. I think if you read this post very
easily, without any dictionary help or any Google translate help so you are
good enough at B1 level. You cannot learn Romanian without understanding the
English lectures. I hope you understand.
