আসসালামু ওয়ালাইকুম। আশা করি সবাই ভালো আছেন। আজ আপনাদের সাথে কথা বলবো আলবা ইউলিয়া ইউনিভার্সিটি নিয়ে। এই ইউনিভার্সিটির সম্পূর্ণ নামটি হলো Universitatea „1 Decembrie 1918” din Alba Iulia. আপনারা অনেকেই সময়মতো ইউনিভার্সিটিতে আবেদন করতে পারেন নাই। যেমনঃ বুখারেস্ট ইউনিভার্সিটি এবং বেবিস বলাই ইউনিভার্সিটি হলো হাই ডিমান্ড ইউনিভার্সিটি। এখানে অনেকেই আবেদন করতে ভরসা বা সাহস পাইনা। দ্বিধাদন্ধে থাকতে থাকতে আবেদন শুরু হয়েছে ১ মাস হয়ে গেলো। সুতরাং এই মুহুর্তে এই সকল ইউনিভার্সিটিতে আবেদন না করাই ভালো।

মূলত আপনি যদি সিরিয়াসলি পড়াশুনা করতে চান। উচ্চশিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত হতে চান তাহলে রোমানিয়া আপনার জন্য বেটার অপশন। একেবারে ফেলে দিতে পারবেন না। সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে ইউনিভার্সিটি অব বুখারেস্ট, বেবিস বলাই, ট্রান্সিলভানিয়া ইউনিভার্সিটি চয়েজ করতে হবে। বাকি যেগুলো আছে সেগুলো ও অনেক ভালো।

আর আপনি যদি চান ইউরোপে যাবেন। টাকা ইনকাম করবেন। পড়াশুনা মেইন ফ্যাক্ট না। তাহলে তো আপনার জন্য রোমানিয়াই বেস্ট। কারণ যেতে পারবেন অল্প খরচে। ইংলিশ প্রফিসিয়েন্সি লাগছেনা। আবার ইনকাম করবেন বেশি। সব মিলিয়ে এই মূহুর্তে রোমানিয়া বেস্ট। আবার ২৪ সালের মধ্যে রোমানিয়া হয়তো সেনজেনভুক্ত দেশ হবে। তখন তো ভাই ইংলিশ ছাড়া যেতেই পারবেন না। আর এই ৬ লাখে তখন ভিসা হবে না। ১০ লাখ ধরে রাখেন। সুতরাং ২০২৩ সালে যারা রোমানিয়া যেতে পারবে তাদের জন্য আশা করি সামনে ভালো দিন আছে।

উত্তরঃ বলতে গেলে সকল সাবজেক্টই আছে এখানে। ব্যাচেলর, মাস্টার্স এর জন্য অনেক ভালো ভালো সাবজেক্ট আছে আলবা ইউলিয়া ইউনিভার্সিটিতে। এতোগুলো সাবজেক্ট এখানে লিখতে চাইছিনা। তবুও কিছু কিছু সাবজেক্ট আপনি দেখে রাখেন।

৩ নং প্রশ্নঃ টিউশন ফি কত টাকা প্রতি বছরে?
এখানে আপনার টিউশন ফি ডিপেন্ড করে ফ্যাক্যাল্টির উপরে। তারপরেও আমি ব্যাসিক ধারনা দিয়ে দিচ্ছি যেন আপনারা সহজেই বুঝতে পারেন।
*যদি প্রিপ্রেটরি ইয়ারের কথা বলি তাহলে অনার্স মাস্টার্স ২টার জন্য ১৯৮০ ইউরো করে। যা বাংলাদেশি টাকায় বর্তমানে ২ লাখ ৩১ হাজার। আজকের ইউরো রেট হিসাব করে বললাম। এই ১৯৮০ ইউরো আপনাকে অফার লেটার পাওয়ার পরপরই সেন্ড করতে হবে স্টুডেন্ট ফাইল এর মাধ্যেম। তারপরে আপনি এম্বাসি ফেস করবেন।

৫ নং প্রশ্নঃ আবেদন ফি কত টাকা?

এই ইউনিভার্সিটিতে আবেদন ফি আছে ৫০ ইউরো। ম্যাক্সিমাম ইউনিভার্সিটিতে দেখলাম ৫০ ইউরো করে হয় রোমানিয়াতে। আপনি এই ৫০ ইউরো তাদের ব্যাংক একাউন্টে পাঠিয়ে দিবেন। পেমেন্ট স্লিপ পাবেন। সেটা পিডিএফ ফাইল করে আপনার সকল ডকুমেন্টস এর সাথে এটাচ করে পেমেন্ট স্লিপটাও পাঠিয়ে দিবেন প্রমানসহ।


আবেদন ফি পাঠাবেন কি করে?
আবেদন ফি পাঠানোর কয়েকটি প্রসেস আপনাদের জানিয়ে দেয়।
১) রোমানিয়াতে কেউ থাকলে তার মাধ্যমে
২) আমেরিকা কেউ থাকলে তার মাধ্যমে
৩) বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে। তবে ৫০ ইউরো পাঠাতে আপনার ১০০ ইউরো বা ১১০ ইউরো সমপরিমান টাকা খরচ হবে।
৪) ওয়াইজ একাউন্টের মাধ্যমে। এখানে ডলার পাঠালে খরচ কম কিন্তু ইউরোতে কনভার্ট হতে আরো ১০০ ডলার কাটবে।
৫) আর কোনো উপায় আমার জানা নেই।

নোটঃ আপনার যদি পাঠাতে একান্তই সমস্যা হয়। তাহলে আমার মেসেঞ্জার গ্রুপে এড হয়ে আমাকে জানাতে পারেন। আমি আমার এই গ্রুপের অনেকের গুলো পাঠিয়েছি আমার বন্ধুর মাধ্যমে। সে রোমানিয়াতেই থাকে। তবে এক্ষেত্রে ডলার বা ইউরোর রেট সবসময় উঠানামা করায় আমি এখানে সঠিক ভাবে লিখছি না।

৬ নং প্রশ্নঃ আলবা সিটিতে জবের সুবিধা কেমন?

এটা সকলের জন্য কমন প্রশ্ন। আলবা সিটি একেবারে খারাপ না। ইউটিউব করে দেখে নিয়েন। ফুড ডেলিভারী জব তো পাবেন ই। রেস্টুরেন্টেও পাবেন জব। তাছাড়া বেশি টাকা ইনকাম করতে চাইলে ক্লুজ নাপোকা সিটিতে থাকবেন। আলবা থেকে ৯০ কিলোমিটার দূরে। নাপোকা সিটি থেকে এসে ক্লাস করবেন। অনেকেই তো বুখারেস্টে থেকে ভালাহিয়াতে ক্লাস করে। তাদের যাতায়ত ব্যবস্থা ভালো। সপ্তাহে ২দিন ক্লাসে আসলেই এনাফ।

৭ নং প্রশ্নঃ কি কি ডকুমেন্টস লাগবে আবেদন করতে ?

The application file contains the following documents for Master's and Bachelor
a) Birth certificate - copy and legalized translation
b) The document certifying the permanent domicile abroad – ID card
c) Passport valid at least 6 months after the date when the letter of acceptance to studies is issued
d) Application for the issuance of the letter of acceptance to studies, provided in ANNEX 2;
e) Legalized translation of the Baccalaureate diploma or its equivalent, authenticated by the competent authorities of the issuing country
f) Legalized translation of the certificate attesting the promotion of the baccalaureate exam for the graduates of the current year
g) Transcript of records - legalized translations, related to the studies performed
h) The medical certificate (in a language of international circulation) attesting that the person to be enrolled in the studies is clinically healthy and does not suffer from contagious diseases or other diseases incompatible with the future profession and also mentioned personal history of chronic diseases.

Assalamu Alaikum.I Hope everyone is well. Today I will talk to you about Alba Iulia University. The full name of this university is Universitatea ``1 Decembrie 1918” din Alba Iulia. Many of you could not apply to the university on time. For example, the University of Bucharest and the University of Babes Balai are high demand universities. Many people here do not have the confidence or courage to apply. It's been 1 month since the application started while in doubt. So it is better not to apply to these universities at this point.

Basically if you want to study seriously. Romania is a better option for you if you want to be educated in higher education. Can't throw it away. In that case, you have to choose University of Bucharest, Băcești, Transylvania University. The rest are very good.

And if you want to go to Europe & Earn money. Education is not the main fact. Then Romania is the best for you. Because you can go at a low cost. English proficiency is not required. You will earn more. All in all, Romania is the best at the moment. Romania may be a Schengen country within 2024.

How to send the application fee?

2) America through anyone
3) Through different banks of Bangladesh. But sending 50 euros will cost you 100 euros or 110 euros.
4) Through Wise Account. If you send dollars here, the cost is less, but it will cost you 100 more dollars to convert to Euro.
5) I don't know any other way.

Note: If you are having trouble sending. Then you can add to my messenger group and let me know. I have sent many of my group members through my friend. He lives in Romania. But in this case, the rate of dollar or euro is always rising, so I am not writing correctly here.
